With almost 250K+ followers, Adhara Mercy Tripura, aka the Banglar Bartender, is a self-trained homecook, AGLC-certified mixologist from Calgary, and creator of the Nabanoor podcast and Table for Her, the first female-only supper club in Dhaka.
Born in Bangladesh and raised in different regions of the country, she started her career with her fashion line, Mercy’s, a chic and modern clothing line which takes inspiration from Chittagong Hill Tracts-based ethnic communities and their traditional fabrics.
She is also in talks with partners and brands to start a recurring culinary rave event called Let Her Cook from 2026, which will be a one-of-a-kind sensory fusion of music and cuisine in Bangladesh and beyond.
