What is a pre-order and why do you sell products this way?

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is available. We use this model because every homemade product is handcrafted with care in small, dedicated batches by Adhara Mercy. This ensures that we source the freshest ingredients and make just the right amount, guaranteeing the highest quality for you. It turns a simple purchase into a special reservation for something made with care.

Can I change or cancel my pre-order after I’ve paid?

As per our policy, all pre-orders are considered final and are non-refundable. Because we purchase ingredients and plan our production based on the number of orders we receive, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes once an order is placed.

Do you ship outside of Bangladesh?

YES. Only clothing items for now which are scheduled to release within Dec 2025.
Currently, our homemade edible products are only available across Bangladesh. We are currently working on gathering the necessary licensing and authorisation to ship our pickled items across the globe.
